Jack Frisby is the President of Optimize Selling Solutions, Inc. Jack has a unique background in the business and non-profit arenas. He has served as a Vice President of Sales. He has made over 15,000 cold calls in selling. He has made over 1200 public presentations to groups ranging in size from 10 to several hundred. He has served as a full time church planter/pastor. He has consulted with hundreds of small businesses on issues ranging from legislation to sales & business development to leadership effectiveness. He has trained and consulted for such multinational giants as: Motorola, Caterpillar, Owens Corning and Marathon Oil Company. However, he is most at home when he is teaching, coaching and consulting with small business owners and their sales teams.
Jack is a certified trainer with Character First in Character Training; Target Training International in Sales Skills Index, Motivation & Engagement & Behavioral Styles; STARS International in Extraordinary Leadership and Presentation Skills; and Power Consulting in Strategic Planning. He has also designed, written, and delivered two powerful training courses: 1) SERVANT Selling and 2) Ordinary People/Extraordinary Leaders.
